We also do not negotiate on the product prices and all our prices are final.
• Sometimes the item may go out of stock before we are able to update on the website. If the order goes through in such a case, you will be promptly contacted by our customer support for possible options. We also have a ‘Notify Me’ button for sold out items. On clicking it, we will get in touch with you with the expected timeline of that item.
• Slight tolerances in product measurement or weight may be accounted based on finishing during the manufacturing.
• Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size, in order to show the item in great detail or smaller than the actual size, in order to show the entire item. • The order must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. After we have received the return item, it will undergo inspection by our QA Team and only post their approval, refund will be initiated. Refund will be processed to the customer’s account within 10-15 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Government/Bank Holidays), through the same mode used for paying for the order. However please note that the whole process might take 3-4 weeks i.e. for the return item(s) to reach back to us, the item(s) to undergo quality inspection and to initiate refund processing.
• Customers who wish to register can do so by providing the Personal details (as defined in the Privacy Policy) before completing the transaction. We also offer Guest Check-Out option, for those who do not wish to register.
• Based on The Indian Copyright Act (ICA), Khazana at its sole discretion may limit access to this site/terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others including repeat offenders.
• Khazana does not take responsibility and assumes no liability for any user content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Khazana is liable for any mistakes, defamation, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may come across. We reserve the right to remove, screen or edit any user content posted or stored on our site without any prior notice.
