Shipping Policy

We provide FREE shipping on all orders within India. Kindly check if your pincode is serviceable by using the pincode-check feature in the ‘Add to Cart Page’ or ‘Product Detail Page’. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Currently, we do not offer International Shipping.

Our official courier partner is Blue Dart. All your orders are fully insured during transit and will be packed in durable, tamper-proof packaging. So your purchase is 100% safe. However, before accepting the consignment, please make sure that the package is not opened, damaged or tampered.

Registered customers can track their orders by logging into their accounts. Under ‘My Account’ section of the website, you will find ‘Order History’. Select the order and a link will appear. Upon clicking the link, it will re-direct you to the Blue Dart website. Enter the Tracking ID and your shipment status will be displayed. If you are an unregistered user, click on Order Tracking at the bottom of the Homepage. Enter the email address/phone number and the order number. A link will appear, upon clicking the link, it will re-direct you to the Blue Dart website.

We strive to ensure that the order is delivered within 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation. However, the exact delivery timeline depends on the customer’s pincode. Delivery schedules can be affected due to a number of factors such as – incorrect/incomplete shipping address, unavailability of customers, natural calamities, government(or any other entity on behalf of the government) ordered lockdowns, strikes, riots and so on. If delivery exceeds promised timeline, the order might be cancelled and the customer will be promptly notified. We will then refund the amount to your account within 7-15 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Government/Bank Holidays), via the same mode of payment used for placing the order. However please note that the entire process might take 3-4 weeks i.e., for the  delivery agent to pick up the return  item(s), for the returned item(s) to reach back to us, for the item(s) to undergo quality check and for refund processing

To avoid delays in delivery always ensure that you are available at the time of delivery and the shipping address is correct and complete including your contact number and landmark. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver might result in non-delivery of the product. A total of 3 attempts will be made to deliver the package. If you are still not reachable/available, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

As the product reaches its destination, the customer is required to provide any of the following identity proofs:

  • Aadhar Card / PAN card / Passport / Driving License / Voters ID
  • Also as per the mandate of the Government of India, a customer must provide the PAN for purchases above INR 2 Lakhs.

Orders can be delivered to customer residence/office or nearby Khazana Showroom. If you want the order to be delivered in your office, we request you to also mention the department details, employee ID number and contact extension number so as to prevent any last minute hassles or wrong delivery. We shall not deliver to public places like Malls, Hotels, Railway Stations etc. Also, we shall not deliver a single item to multiple addresses. The customer has to place multiple orders for different addresses.

Even after placing the order, customer can change their Shipping address but only if the package is not dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, change of address is not permitted.
