Return Policy

If the customer wishes to return the product purchased online, they can do so within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. Before accepting the consignment, please make sure that the package is not opened, damaged or tampered. If found damaged, please do not accept the package and report the incident to our customer support representative.

Return Conditions:

Return product(s) must be the same as the one ordered. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice, tags and certificate. Without the above, refund will not be processed. If there are any signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, resizing (by a Jeweller other than Khazana), it will not be considered for refund. All Khazana jewellery comes with a Hallmark certificate.  If the certificate is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced proportionally.

Gold Coins or Bars are not eligible for returns. This refund facility is available only through our website www.khazanajewellery.com and not through any other mode.

How to return the product?

Please contact customer support via email at ecomsupport@khazanajewellery.com or call us at (044) 42297777, within 7 working days from the date of receipt of package. Customers are not required to arrange for return, we will assign a courier agent to pick the item from your place. Return pick-up is free and the customer does not have to pay. Customers are advised not to return the product before receiving a confirmation mail from us. It is necessary for the customers to make a note of the courier airway bill number for future reference.

Ensure that the item(s) is placed in the original packaging along with the original invoice, tags and certificate. Do not use cello tape or any kind of wrapping on the shipment. Use the tamper-proof seal (already provided with the shipment) to seal the box before handing it to the courier.

After we receive the product back, the item(s) undergoes strict quality check by our skilled Jewellery Specialists. On successful confirmation, a full refund will be transferred to the customer’s account within 7-15 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Government/Bank Holidays), via the same mode of payment used for placing the order. However, please note that the entire process might take 3-4 weeks i.e. for the delivery agent to pick-up the return item(s), the return item(s) to reach back to us, the item(s) to undergo quality check and for refund processing.
