Cancellation Policy

Company Cancellation 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. A few reasons for cancellation from our end might include unavailability of inventory, pricing errors or product information errors, suspicious transactions or any other issue that Khazana deems fit for not accepting the order. Also, if the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a user towards an order, Khazana has the right to refuse to ship the order to the user without any liability whatsoever. As per the mandate of the Government of India, for all purchases above Rs. 2 Lakhs, the customer must provide a copy of the PAN card. The order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same. The customer will be notified if in case the order has been cancelled partially or wholly. We also reserve the right to ask for any extra information before accepting the order and will notify the customer, regarding the same.

Customer Cancellation

Any order can be cancelled only before the item is dispatched to the provided destination. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Should you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request. To cancel an order, please contact customer support via email at ecomsupport@khazanajewellery.com or via phone at (044) 42297777. Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email address and the amount will be refunded back within 7-15 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Government/Bank Holidays), via the same mode of payment used for placing the order. However, please note that the entire process might take 3-4 weeks, i.e., for the  delivery agent to pick up the return  item(s), for the returned item(s) to reach back to us, for the item(s) to undergo quality check and for refund processing. Cancellation of Gold Coins/Bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards and loose solitaires won’t be accepted under any circumstance. In case the amount has been debited from your account, but the transaction failed, we will duly refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
